Cocina Las Tres Marias

It is worth all the hype! Best Mexican street food we’ve had in all of Texas. All the food is made from scratch. Highly recommend :) For all the COVID safety people: the three Marias do wear hair nets, but I did not see them wearing masks or gloves. The indoor booth tables did seem clean overall.

I was told this is the best Mexican food around! But I have never been more disappointed! My elotes was made with miracle whip… why? And I thought the tacos would be better, but they weren’t. They hardly had flavor and I spent $15 on 3 tacos, and an elotes. I also had to wait over 20 mins. The corn wasn’t hot either, which surprised me since it was the last thing cooked. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Never knew this place even existed. We went downtown to eat at other Mexican restaurant but they were closed. So we were just doing the look around and see when we found this place. We were very happy we stopped. We did our normal never been here order and got several dishes. We ordered 1 Menudo 1 Chicken Quesadilla, 2 SteakTacos, 2 Gordits with Rice and Beans and 2 Mexican Cokes. With all of that plus tip $48. It was well worth it. Oh, they also sell the standard breakfast items as well. People of the World, this is a stop for sure. We be back soon after we take time out to digest all that food, yum yummy in our tummies!
