The Jerk Chicken is delicious. Ask them to make it with dark meat. I prefer it this way. If you tell them to make it spicy it will actually be spicy so be ready for it it's not for the light hearted but I love it! I also recommend getting some plaintains and rice and beans it is true authentic Jamaican food! I've come here many times because I live in the area so I know that my experience isn't a one time thing they are consistently good and very friendly I've had several conversations with the staff/owners and they are so nice.

If this was Jamaican food, it was very bad Jamaican food! Because this is Black owned did not make this good food. For a barbeque rib place, I expected my rib to be barbequed, but boiled. Not even a sear! The baked beans / coleslaw were equally as bad, bland. I can open a can of beans and add nutmeg or buy bad cole slaw. This is NOT a real barbeque establishment which I thought it was. Even Montgomery Inn, Applebee's and other restaurants put a sear on its meats! This is simply a kitchen where a lady happens to cook some things in Kennedy Heights. All the real barbeque establishments are gone or very rare now. How disappointing. Not sure if I can or will patron this place again.

Small little place, owner is the cook. Looks like most ppl take away but has a small clean dining room chicken wing meal (smoked) waw very good! Owner was also very sweet lady.
