Our dining experience was great today. Every time I've been to the Cleveland Draft House has been that way. Today, I had the mushroom & swiss burger and my friend had the chicken salad sandwich. Both were huge and very good. Our server ( I think her name was Maria) was fantastic! She was extremely nice and she checked on us often. I eat out a lot and I wish every server was like her. I'll be back again soon.

This is our second time here as we are new to the area and I figured we should give it a few chances before writing a review. Today was pretty disappointing. The Soft pretzel with “beer” cheese was decent but let’s be honest, there’s no way this nacho cheese sauce was “beer” cheese. We also ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo. The flavor was quite nice but unfortunately it came out cold. That wouldn’t have been a huge issue except we hadn’t seen our server, Michael, for over 30 mins. We had three different dishes come out and empty drinks in that time and he hadn’t come out to check on us once. Eventually we had to go into the hostess to ask them to send him out. So, overall 3 stars for service and just sort of okay food but Nice selection of local beers!
