Classic Thai Cuisine

My wife and I love this place we eat here at least once a week if not more.. Tinna and the servers are always welcoming and warm. Our food is always so fresh and good. We have been to many of the Thai restaurants in Portland and Classic Thai is definitely at the top of our list for best food and service. We highly recommend Classic Thai in Sellwood.

Either they're not offering American levels of spice or I lost my spice mojo. First time in... Pad Thai which often has zero spice. Asked for medium and my mouth is still tingling from a few bites in a roe a few minutes ago. Had to stop eating to rest my pain receptors... Fast service, good flavors, right textures even after getting to-go and walking (bean sprouts still crunchy). Only odd missing part has been no crushed peanuts so far (often there are patchy coverages there). Nicer container too (hard plastic you could wash and reuse) not cardboard or Styrofoam.
