Classic Sub Shop

I recently placed an order for delivery and was told that I could expect it between 45 mins to an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes I called about the arrival of my delivery but after being on hold for 5 minutes the young woman on the phone took 15 minutes to tell me that she made a mistake and while I was charged for the order the cooks never received my order. After repeating my self several times I was told that my order would be delivered when the driver returned to the restaurant and she did apologize. When I asked that I be called when the driver picked up my order, she became offended and told me that I was disrespectful because she had made a mistake. I told her that I wasn't disrespectful and that if she was earnest she would have written down everything I told her so I wouldn't have to repeat my phone number 3 times during my call. Unfortunately this is the first time I've had my Delivery be this late but not the first time I've had problems with the person taking the order

Order is always done pretty quickly, only thing was my Buffalo wings were a little dry, but they fixed that issue.

My experience was a total failure. The Stromboli was horrible. Will not be back
