One day I had went there to get a cheesesteak I asked for certain condiments on my sandwich it did not come with it I went back to the store after I had took a before and after picture of myself putting catch up on that and they were in denial as if they had already put it on there and then called me a liar and called me out my name not good business

At 7:15 pm I ordered 2 medium pizzas through grub hub. ETA 8:10- 8:20 , 30 minutes after it didn’t arrive according to the ETA time I gave them a call. A young lady answered the phone and I ask her for the status on my order, she said they don’t have any order on file or records of my order base on my phone number . I told her it was through grubhub and she interrupted me and told me to take it up with grubhub. I said ok and called grub hub. The grubhub operator told me to hold on and she will call them. After 5 minutes she came back and told me that they told her that they are very busy. The operator was going to give me a refund that was gonna take 3 to 5 business days for me to get back. Before I could say yes , cityline pizza called me and it was the young lady again. I can see by her tone she was agitated, instead of apologizing she said “ hello DEAR” with a condescending tone, “your order will arrive in 45 minutes”.! I figured I have hungry kids awaiting for pizza I told her ok
