Cincy Crab (Springdale, OH)

Great customer service! As you can see I did takeout all my food was in the bag, I ordered my sauce on the side and of course it was absolutely good thanks Cincy Crab.

I ordered take out, the crab legs and an order of shrimp head on and when I got home my shrimp were completely soggy and over cooked. When I called to get a credit back on my shrimp they told me I would have to store the shrimp over night so I could drive back to the restaurant the next day for a refund. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately the service was below bad. We came in and the lovely ladies at the front sat us. We waited a substantial amount of time before having to go ask the ladies if we could get some assistance with a server. The young man that came to the table had absolutely zero customer service skills and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He came to the table and didn't have his pad to write down our order and so again...we waited. Once we placed our order we were hopeful, but again disappointed. The server brought out half of what we asked for and didnt even let us know they were out of an item we ordered and made it seem as though he had it in the bag. We ordered 4lbs of food and he brought 1 maybe 2 lbs worth... We eventually had to ask for a manager and she was wonderful in assisting us. The service is beyond horrible, there was no concern with the fact that the servers were poorly trained but the manager did her best. We left full but will not be returning. Don't waste your time.
