I was happy to see the staff had a reference for gluten free items. There is much more there that is gluten free that is not written on this board but it seems there is a point person in the kitchen who knows. For example, I asked about the rice and was told it was gluten free and vegan. This is super helpful for people with gluten intolerance. Thanks! P.S. The chips and salsa are addicting.

Today's review: the beloved "Chuy's"! I am quite surprised that I have not included this iconic place as part of my review... ???? Anyway, we decided to stop at Chuy's for lunch; and to get ahead of the crowd, we arrived shortly after 11am. As expected, we got seated right the way and the waiter brought chip and salsa plus the creamy jalapeño (Strongly recommended to ask for it). Since we got there early enough and there were many empty tables, after placing the orders, I had the chance to look at the decorations and take few pictures without bothering other customers. For this visit, I decided to go for Steak Burrito, which is stuffed with grilled beef and topped with Hatch Green Chile Sauce (Pretty darn good). As usual, the overall experience we had was excellent and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
