The place was packed, but we got a seat in a short time. Even with such a crowd, the service was quick. The food was good. They didn't overdo the cheese that happens sometimes at Mexican restaurants. We ordered veggie tacos and veggie enchiladas. Vegetarian options: Veggie enchiladas were good. And veggie tacos, too.
I love this chuys! I don’t know who my bartender was when I went, but he was great!! The best Margaritas, the best happy hour! I always come here for ALL of the above! Chuy's had one of the best tortilla soup, the last three times it has been bland like eating water with vegetables and chicken. I will now have to find something else on their menu that is worth coming for once a week super sad that the soup is nasty now- I tries the ground beef enchiladas with the chick a chick a boom boom sauce and it was decent
