Got here at 7:30pm and the lady told me she was closed. I looked at the sign and said they don’t close until 8:00pm and she said she only had the cook and herself there. If that’s the case, close down shop. She had a whole bunch of chicken there! Not cool.
Showed up a few minutes after they opened. Told me it was going to take 15 minutes before the chicken was cooked. Guess they should open 15 minutes later :)
Ordered online around 6:30 pm, got there around 6:45 and they were closed apparently. The open sign was on and there were people inside, but I wasn’t able to get my food. Tried calling and contacting their corporate support to at least get my 20 bucks back but no luck. I’m not mad, just more confused than anything
