I purchased mixed original and paid for it only received dark! The problem is I repeated myself and asked for the items. Well once driving back about 20 mins . I found it was all wrong the drive along was a push then to not receive what I purchased is poor customer service! Once you call in to report the mess I'm suppose to drive back to return the food! It's not fair and all orders should be checked before leaving the window. Everything is expensive today gas included! Get it right the first time ! Thanks
Everyone has probably been to a Church's chicken before I myself am not a fan of Churches their Chicken is far to wet for me call me crazy but I prefer my Chicken cooked I know crazy right however I do like their side dishes cole slaw mashed potatoes whoever is preparing their sides should also cook their chicken just a thought
We have always stoped and ate their chicken here. Its been always hot and fresh no matter what we ordered even thru drive thru. Today was the first time we got cold chicken tenders that werent fresh at all. Who ever now runs this store is losing our business because we can no longer trust their food - which has always been some of the best chicken in KC - even comparable to Strouds. Very unfortunate!
