Church's Texas Chicken

The online menu indicated 3 piece meal came with 2 sides, it only comes with one. I showed the cashier the online menu and he said not my problem. The pieces were small and cold.

I have visited many Church's Chicken restaurants, but this restaurant was the worst. Dining room was closed at 4 p.m.. Male employee with beard and with NO beard cover, in violation of the Texas Health code. Handling money with gloves, and then touching the food as well. Some mean lady who claims to be the owner comes to the drive thru window and starts yelling at me. Telling me she " knows a lot of people in my hometown". I felt threatened by her. Tells me to read the poorly written non approved faded sign at the dining room door. Once again, states, she knows a lot of people and mentions her father as well in my hometown. Tells me I should " learn how to drive thru a drive thru". Refused to give me their district manager's name, both employees were not wearing any name tags. Very poorly managed store. Drove to another Church's Chicken, where the management told me she does not own the store, and that store had many complaints, and was not corporate owned. In 2

Food was good, don't get me wrong, the portions are just too small for family size and even the chicken pieces are getting smaller.
