just got in my car from eating here, the food was disgusting. mac and cheese tasted like strawberries, very unsettling. sushi was warm. i could go on. our total $25.44 and i put the money on the table and went to the bathroom. as i’m walking out the door he said there was no money. im not sure if the language barrier was the cause but i was repeating “i put the money on the table” and he was saying it’s not there. okay obviously. not sure if my server was trying to play me or it was stolen but i had to completely repay again. not worth $55. very unhappy with the service , and apparently their employees are sleazy too. Kings Buffet will forever be my favorite.
The buffet display looked nice. However the food was all cold. The waitress leaned against the wall instead of clearing our plates off the table. This waitress had to be called over to clear the dishes. I don't have plans of going back. Also if the staff can't speak/understand English, than they need to stay out of the public view. I say this because once I informed them that the food was cold, all the staff did was smile and say ok.
This was the nastiest Buffett I have ever paid for! The food was old and most everything I put on my plate was hard; so much so it could not be bitten into...I took the sugar doughnut and roll and it banged as i tapped the table with it. We were there about 50 minutes and only saw 3 dishes properly re-filled.Everything else was mostly empty..The meat on the hibachi grill was clearly not chilled. The "slime" was all over the side and on the counters. I watched the mac and cheese be freshened with a new pan he then proceeded to grab a dirty serving spoon from a dirty dish cart. He pushed it down in the mac and cheese and it was literally so soupy that it sunk to the bottom. The rice was dried out, i could go on and on but ill let the pictures do the rest of the talking. The 2 of us had the Buffett and tea and it was $35 before tips. Beware the health department truly needs to visit this restaurant before someone gets really sick...????
