The employees are extremely rude they don’t even thank you for your business. You can’t walk inside they have no signs and no one paying attention at the window. I have gotten pickup from there 3-4 times and every time they are RUDE!!!! I will not buy from there again.
This has been our favorite Chinese place. However, the cook(s) must have recently changed as the food is nowhere near as good now. We are very disappointed because we have really loved this place.
I order from chopstix a couple times a month, and the food is usually good! Last night ordered dinner and the shrimp in my dish were bad(old) and had a terrible taste too them. I called them this morning to let them know about my order, and all I got was "I'll check the shrimp!" no apologies, sorry it happened, nothing!!!! I'll have to find another Chinese restaurant to patron from now on!!
