Chopstickers | Denver Downtown

We tried this new spot for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered the steamed pork bao, pork potstickers & pork belly bao. Everything was delicious and flavorful. I wasn’t huge on the sauce that was in the pork belly bao but the overall flavor of it was good and the meat was juicy and not dry at all. We wanted to try the soup dumplings but they were out so I can’t wait to try it next time. We recently tried Bryan’s Dumpling house and it was just extremely underwhelming and bland, so if you’ve tried there or other dumpling spots and had similar experience, give Chopstickers a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Excellent noodle shop. Everything seemed homemade, even the chili oil. Check it out. Soup dumplings were borderline magical. Such a lovely explosion of pork flavor in my mouth. Perfect bite in flavor and texture, best soup dumpling I have had in Colorado. Pork potstickers has crispy bottom and excellent texture. Nicely proportioned and flavorful. Beef noodle soup was fire. Noodles were amazing, approaching perfection from my perspective Counter service joint right off the 16th street mall. Quickly got our food, fresh and hot. Plenty of seats, would have been nice to sit on patio but seats didn’t look comfortable. Really delicious. Really nice to see independent local restaurants putting so much love into their food. Makes my heart happy. Thank you.

We ordered the beef noodle soup, Dan Dan, and water fried bao. All was really good and the price was unbeatable. Staff was very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back.
