I have visited the Chophouse75, 3 times in 5 months, I heard about it with great advertisement on the radio, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS ????????.???????? and PRICEY ???? to say the least it comes without a drink. I always gotten the Turkey Wing ( fried or smothered) Cabbage is cooked with a little crumb.???????? Yam's ???? THE PROBLEM I HAVE EACH TIME I CALL IN ORDERS SHE (CASHIER) HAS NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE... ???????????????? ATTITUDE IS IN HER TONE OF VOICE EACH TIME YOU ASK A QUESTION, EACH TIME YOU REPEAT TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT, EACH TIME SHE PUT YOU ON HOLD to do SOMETHING ELSE ( 3-5 Minutes) her ATTITUDE is nasty ???? The food is good and pricey but it doesn't match who the customer going to see first or talk to first before you get your food... Yesterday after church I called in my order, I was on HOLD for 4 minutes, by the time she got the order I was already on Decker Blvd so I made the order and waited for it in the car instead of going inside and waiting...

Don’t even deserve one star. I ordered food to go and when I got to my destination I was missing two orders of fries and turkey wings out of my turkey wing dinner. I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one answered. I get to the restaurant the lady was very rude and didn’t even apologize for missing items. After she remade our food she just pushed the bag crossed the counter and went and opened the door and stood there until we walked out. I told her she could have at least apologized because my kids and I were missing part of a $40 show because of the missing items. She just stood there and stared and didn’t say a word. The customer service and food wasn’t great at all for her to act the way she did.

Went after church today wanting to support a black owned business in my community. I ordered the smothered turkey wings with rice and gravy field peas macaroni and cheese and collard greens. None of it was edible. I approached someone sitting at a counter who looked as if they were doing books and inquired if they were employed by the restaurant and was not warmly received I went on to state that the food that I ate was not good along with the fact that the macaroni and cheese tasted sour and could possibly make someone ill. I do not normally write unscathing reviews for people who are attempting to run a business however however because I tried to speak with someone in the establishment and pretty much was ignored I had to write this review. I am a nurse and I work very hard for my money however I just feel like I gave $23 away today.
