Chophouse 363 Bar + Grill

The sliders are delicious! My fiancé had the steak salad which he complimented the chef for. My favorite is the clam chowder, a must try! Great customer service ????????

First time ordering from this local restaurant. You can only order online and have no options for how you want your meat prepared. It's a steakhouse! How ???? do they know what you would like? I tried calling for 10 minutes but it rang busy so I drove there before the order was supposed to be ready to tell them. Good thing they hadn't even started preparing it! The 1st male employee completely ignored me (rude!), the 2nd one got my order ready while I waited...then forgot the fries...then I get home and did not get the drink I ordered! Every single employee including the 2 bartenders looked miserable and unfriendly when I ordered a water.. Tried calling again to get my drink...still busy. Emailed the 3rd party order company and got no reply. Food was good tho, steak and loaded potato ????.

The service was perfect! Food was outstanding! Drinks great!!
