Look no further for a phenomenal sushi restaurant, this place is it! They have an extensive variety of fresh fish and creative unique specials. They also carry a nice variety of wines, sake, and beer. The service is informative and friendly and the atmosphere is tasteful and comfortable. Don’t pass this place up for sure!
Absolutely insane sushi! Their chopfuku roll is delicious and covered in super fresh fish. The Vegas roll is also delicious - a deep fried roll topped with crab can’t get any better! Lastly, the gyoza is fantastic. Steamed and super fresh, this tasty bite is the perfect complement to a sushi meal.
ATMOSPHERE: Trendy place that was packed full of customers. FOOD: Chef Special: suzuki - Bite sized morsels of really fresh sea bass. Was really light and refreshing, though I wish they were slightly more heavy with the ponzu sauce. It's somewhat of a small portion, just be aware if sharing with large groups. Cajun Salmon - Fresh salmon with a bit of cajun spice. It was quite unexpected, as I don't normally associate these flavors. But it was actually quite good. Again, somewhat small portion. Pork rib fried rice (5 out of 5) - Wow. The pork was fall-off-the-bone tender and had a bunch of that bold umami flavor. The fried rice was also very savory and packed with flavor. The amount of pork to rice was a bit off, I found myself wanting a bit more pork and less rice (it was a massive amount of fried rice). But the dish was fantastic. Highly recommend.
