Chop Stop

Delicious food, super friendly people with great recommendations for flavor combinations. Portions are generous. This last time I tried a chopurrito with cilantro lime dressing and it was so good I got another to take home for (a couple) dinners.

Beautiful ingredients, you can literally make exactly what you want, family owned, amazing customer service. 1000% would be back if we didn’t live in another state. It was so good I took a second order home for later. Vegetarian options: I’ve been a vegetarian for a decade and I LOVE this place. You pick every single ingredient. Dietary restrictions: You can literally pick whatever ingredient you want or don’t want regardless of the selection, mix and match anything.

Chop Stop is THE PLACE for salad!! I’m from Oceanside, but I plan my trips down to Encinitas just to pick up salads and Chopurritos from Chop Stop! My fave is the Santa Fe Chop- many to choose from, new ones all the time, including salmon and new proteins added on the regular. Try the warm Chopurrito- rice, beans, lettuce and six toppings- again, several bowls to choose from and sooo delicious!! Don’t see one you like? It’s ok- they can custom make a salad or bowl for you! No one is left out at Chop Stop :) Order online and pick up, or order in-store and chat with the friendly team while you wait. Please build more stores, we need more places like this in North County! Until then, I’m more than happy to make the drive to Encinitas for good, healthy food at Chop Stop.
