Chop House at Wind Creek

The food was delicious and the dinner was appropriately paced, I didn't feel like I was rushed or that I waited too long for any of the food. On the table we got the cheese plate which introduced us to cheeses imported directly from France. There were 4 cuts of steak, all done to perfection! The pork chop was also very good. None of the steak come with sides, but the sides were large enough for us to share around the table plus have extra to take home. The dessert was probably one of the most delicious confections I've had. It was a special so it's not always offered, but the sorbet that came with it was amazing. Excellent service food from one person get 5 stars and the other person get 3 star . The Japanese Wagyu is a must have , lobster tail great , Chilean Sea bass , scallops and the dessert excellent . The salmon not so good and the beef short ribs were tender but a little dry . The Mac and cheese was terrible . I would return for the Wagyu and service
