Cho Sushi Japanese Fusion

Been going here for few years (I live in Steiner). Just had the most horrible experience with one of the new hired waitresses. She disrespected me, yelled at me and when I asked for refund and to speak with manager she refused and said she’s the manager. The moment was saved by one of her colleague waitresses who called the manager/boss & they processed the refund. The problem tho is not about refunding me. I love good sushi and I love paying high dollar for it. But I don’t understand how management allow such low class worker into their ranks. She lied and said she’s the manager. She refused to tell us her name. She barely speaks English. This is horrible. And her coworker said this is not the first time she had confrontation with clients as well as co-workers. I don’t understand. What is management thinking. And you know what this all started over? Her giving me such hard time that I asked for her eel sauce and spicy Mayo. She escalated it to the point of lies, disrespect and scream

We are lucky to have such a decent Japanese sushi & eatery joint in the neighborhood. The service is always good & I really enjoy it when the owner works behind the counter preparing the sushi himself. You can tell the difference in food quality!
