The food is good but the customer service is awful. Takes away your appetite. I called to order food for a meeting I had to attend. When I asked how long it would take for the order to be ready I was told between 20 to 30 minutes. When I came to pick up, the order was not ready and 40 minutes had passed. When I calmly explained to the person helping that I only ordered because I was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes he started yelling at me. I was talking very respectfully and quietly yet he started yelling!!!
Great food, only problem is that when you order and give you a time to pick it up most of the time it’s late (sushi specifically)
Best Kosher Chinese Food in Great Neck. Nice dine-in experience or take out.
