Chipotle Mexican Grill

First off I love chipotle food. I always have. It’s a collision of distinct flavors I have never found anywhere else. I’ve eaten in many different states as I travel for work. This is by far my worst experience in a chipotle restaurant ever. The restaurant was filthy. Food was subpar. No ice in the ice machine and I was told they don’t give out salt and pepper. She did mention that they had Tabasco I could use instead. I’ll be hard pressed to return to another chipotle after this experience.

Not very clean and I can see queso was floating with other meat pieces, everything is mixed up as the high school kids working and not very keen on keeping things clean and tidy. The system was down and they couldn't charge me and asking for my credit card number to write it down for charging later. Not very comfortable and just paid with cash. Vegetarian options: Was not kept clean and meat is spilled on to everything. Not really vegetarian friendly.

6pm Sunday. 4 people in line in front of me, 1 person eating in restaurant. Waited 14 minutes to place order. At front of line when I got there was told 10 minutes for chicken. Come on. 8 visible people working. More workers than customers. Not shocked to see a 2.4 rating in over 1000 reviews. That's shockingly bad.
