Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every single time I order from this location I regret it. I order a bowl with everything and even double items this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered they do the same thing, they give out an empty bowl. When I recived my bowl I could see the bottom of the bowl ordering double of 4 different items.

The worst experience I ever had. Came to order food at 7:30 pm on Friday, door was closed. Smb came out, told us to wait 15 minutes bcs they cook food. So we waited. After 20 min we knock on the door again. It took us 15 minutes and two people to find out that they take only online orders. And the lady was super rude about it.

I really hate leaving bad reviews for restaurants considering the times, but this Chipotle really screwed this one up every which way. I ordered online for 5pm pickup, but it wasn't ready until 520pm....and no, it was not even remotely busy at all (2 guests eating, 6 employees working). I stood in front of the cashier for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. I told her the name that the order was under, she said she found it in the system and literally turned around and walked away. I stood there for a few minutes until I realized she did not walk away to actually go get the order.....there was a complete lack of common communication skills. I had to get her attention and ask her if it was ready, and she confirmed it was not. Not only was it not ready, they hadn't even started it yet, despite that there were 6 people working (3 of which were standing around doing nothing).
