Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the worst Chipotle in existence. The food quality, preparation of food and assembly is always the worst. And I keep going back!! Tonight they somehow combined and mixed up a little of all three of the bowls we ordered. The $8 guacamole was so old, it was actually black and smelled rancid. We had to throw the guacamole out along with my daughters bowl that had the liquidy, black, smelly guacamole on it. This place sucks!

Everytime I come here I feel like the staff is very unfriendly. I had ordered a large guac side with large chips, was charged for it but was given a small guac. I asked if I paid for the large, she asked for my receipt which I gave to her, then she said nothing and took the guac out of my hands and threw it in the trash. If your just going to waste it why wouldn’t they have just let me keep the darn guac? Stayed polite the entire time even though she was very rude, when I said have a great evening & thank you she ignored me also.

Customer service was terrible last night. The young female was terrible. No greeting, no smile, no welcome nothing and she had a little nasty attitude problem and clearly doesn’t like her job and she wears her emotions on her sleeve. I smiled and said hello never said anything back not one word so I just looked at the menu to see what I would order and there you go bam???? she was too busy cleaning and doing her other duties and responsibilities besides taking care of the line she had growing….5-10 min later she decided to do her job never again will I go there better food else where anyways. If I was her boss I’d fire her on the spot!
