Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered dinner for our family of four via DoorDash. Our bowls were fine, but the kids’ quesadillas had maybe a tablespoon of cheese and 4 small pieces of chicken. I had to add chicken and cheese to both. That’s not a huge deal, but I ordered dinner so I wouldn’t have to prepare it, and I paid for something I did not get.

Horrible location, clean but customer service sucks if your of color. On Oct. 13, 2022 at 12:00 noon I went into this location to order food. The young guy at the serving table was extremely nasty to me. After I told him to not pick up food off of table and put it in my plate he continued to do so and starting to throw falling food back into the main serving plate. I then asked if he could make another plate for me and he did the same thing all over again. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained to him what happened and he then in returned asked where I live? I told him the town and he said okay I will talk to him. He didn’t apologize about the situation and honestly I don’t understand why he needed to know where I live in order to manage his team member. Highly inappropriate and I will never spend any money at this location again and make sure that all the people of color I know never goes in there! I will be making a corporate complaint as well. I have been coming to this

Very poor experience recently at this Chipotle location. Very untidy food line, cross contamination with lots of other food choices (chicken in the fajitas for instance, salsa smeared everywhere on the counter). The dine-in experience was a mess - tables not wiped down, food EVERYWHERE on the floor. The restaurant was fully staffed, but employees were sullen and uncaring.
