Chipotle Mexican Grill

I go to this Chipotle location because I like the convenience of the drive-thru. I have given it several chances but time after time I am disappointed when I open my food container. The portion size is super small every time, when I order double chicken It’s never doubled, and the amount of chips in the bag is also minimal. Tonight the quacamole was literally brown- obviously not fresh! I will now go to the Chipotle location nearest to me even if it doesn’t have a drive-thru because they serve a burrito bowl that is worth the price I pay. They need to step up and serve a quality meal to their customers or they will continue to lose them! People in Green have another option 5-7 minutes away.

I have worked at a chipotle for 2 years. The Grillers here are sloppy. Chicken cut sizes are poor. Steak cut sizes are way too big and have so much fat. Grillers need reevaluated. If my GM saw me grilling at this level we would have a conversation about the quality of my food. I go to this chipotle every other day and just recently has the food cut sizes been completely unsatisfactory. This has been a constant issue for the last month. I am not a perfectionist. But my cut sizes were better on my first grill close which was not pretty. Front of house is great. I have zero complaints of the hospitality of the front/takeout. That is the only reason this is 2 stars, not 1. Disappointed in fellow grill.

Worst Chipotle in the area when it comes to quality and portions. Ordered extra chicken and barely had enough to consider it a normal portion. Not only that but the chicken I received was burnt to the point it was like chewing bark. Last but not least, I like cilantro and all but can you guys try cutting it up instead of just putting the whole sprig into the rice. Definitely will be going to another location
