Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible experience. I spend a lot of money with this location as my company uses them quite often for team lunches. As of recently, the service has been the worst. Today I was served spoiled guacamole and sour cream with items inside, which should not have been inside of the sour cream. The staff also had dirty aprons touching the food as they prepared it. I asked for the guacamole to be removed from the order, and was charged double for the spoiled guacamole. They also forgot the extra tortilla I requested. When I called to express my feelings about the experience, Abbigail argued with me as if I was lying about my experience. She placed me on hold for quite some time to speak with a manager (Emma), then told me the manager had left the location for the night. I would leave 0 stars. After an issue with Chipotle app, store could not locate my order. I asked for a manager. A 12 year old named Emma walked up and said "Not my problem" with a smirk on her face and that's it. No accountability. The store was disgusting with food all over the floor and counter and multiple people were waiting for their orders. So unorganized. I will never go here again.

I've been to this location quite a few times sometimes I use my app and order ahead twice I've shown up and someone else has just grabbed my order. This is not something that could be controlled by their workers as they just placed the orders on a shelf. Overall, the food is good the quality doesn't seem as great as some of the other chipotle's and that's only because the chicken has seemed warm instead of hot in the Sofritas it seems like it's been left out for a day compared to some of the other Chipotle that I go to. But that's not every time I come here so that's why I'm giving them three stars. It's not as clean as they please but again that maybe the times I showed up and it's clean all the others?
