Chipotle Mexican Grill

MY EXPERIENCE. The place was empty around almost three o'clock first sign. The doors to the place where filthy. Walk in employee walks in also from outside goes to the kitchen,, from me working in food service for years. THAT IS A BIG NO NO! THE FOOD LOOKED COLD! WAS COLD! saw no steam coming from the food bins. The vegetables looked OVER COOKED! I typically get plenty of veggies. The place was deserted until they went and got someone. The chips were stale. Look, blame management, because your workers only do what management instructs them to do. ITS WHO'S EVER RUNNING THIS STORE. If it's franchised then that explains it. Whoever owns it don't care long as they get paid. So said. Cause food poisoning is very serious. GET IT RIGHT!!

When I went to this Chipotle, I was expecting it to be subpar, medicore at best. Chipotle has built a reputation of being a very dishonest, disloyal, and overall TERRIBLE fast food establishment, and went I checked the reviews for this location, it was no surprise that it was rated 1.8 stars, if anything, that rating was generous at best. However, when I went to this location, my mind was changed. The first location I have been to that was extremely clean, the service was fast, friendly, and the food was hot and ready to go! I must give credit to the man who prepared my food, he did so in a steadfast, he gave the vibe that if he were to find out that his mother had been in a serious car accident yet knew he had a shift, he would work that shift gladly! Compliments to chef on my food, and a huge thank you to Chipotle for hiring such proud and great workers.

Me and my coworkers will uber eat from this location a lot. Today they did not send all of our order. When we did get the full order, 2 of the bowls had hardly any ingredients in them. THe rice was not fully cooked and the chicken was overcooked. Worst experience with Chipotle I have had in a long time. No longer ordering from here.
