Chipotle Mexican Grill

They've been having troubles making the rice correctly lately. I'm not sure they know to let the rice rest for 10 mins after it's cooked. It's either too crunchy or too mushy.

Worked here for over a year and loved my coworkers and most aspects of the job but they work there employees to the bone. As well as management had favorites and many family members working together creating a hostile environment. I loved my manager they were wonderful even when it was awful but I'd never work here again. Foods pretty good though unless there understaffed and then you might be waiting a while.

Seriously the company is going down hill fast, and you can't get service anywhere. This store is the definition of terrible. The burrito on the left, the smaller one, is a double meat double rice. The one on the right is a regular. And they forgot the extra guacamole and salsa with our chips. The kids quesadilla was completely unedible. Trying to get to customer service is non existent in the store or the hotline. done with chipolte as a company.
