Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would give 0 stars. Someone told me not to order from this location, but it was the closest one at the time. We ordered online and they gave us an entire order with the correct receipt, but literally all 5 bowls were slopped together with some random order. Not one of them was even close to correct. My bowl was supposed to basically have every ingredient and they decided to give me just meat, maybe like 4 scoops of sour cream and cheese. Looks like someone really just wanted to be funny. Also, no labels on the bowls even though everyone ordered something different. AND the bowls were also crushed and the food was cold. I’m usually not someone who complains about stuff but this was just ridiculous in every way!!

Honestly it was disgusting and way over priced. It was my 1st time and super loud in there and I was new and didn't know what to do. I was trying to ask questions and the counter employees were clearly annoyed with me trying to figure out what to do I couldn't even hear them when they spoke. Every single table was dirty and they had no utensils, napkins, or even lids. Moe's is %1,000 percent better and they know how to talk to customers. I couldn't believe how terrible my experience was. They were rushing so much they sloped the food in there with beans and juices running off the bowls. Just very messy and rude. Never again.

Picked up my food from an online order while on the road and was pleased to find my order completed when I got there. They were out of the hibiscus lemonade so I was disappointed since the app let me select it. It was about 1:37pm on a Monday and they didn’t seem swamped.
