Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very rude employees. Frozen guacamole . I told the young man light on several items and he disregarded what I said then before I was finished with my toppings he closed my bowl. I then asked the young lady at the register for vinegarette dressing and she was rude you can tell the employees there can't stand their job especially when the staff is just angry and rude just a sad how today's generation is becoming.

NEVER going back to this chipotle again. messed up both of my orders. my bowl is the first one on the right. i got a bowl with chicken, white rice, sour cream, cheese, and light lettuce. i ended up getting a bowl which i am fine with a bowl, but it came with white rice, chicken, cheese, barley any sour cream, no lettuce and fresh tomato salsa. my friend got a BURRITO with steak, brown rice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. he got a BOWL with barbicoa, , white rice, fajita veggies, sour cream and cheese. very disappointed in this. this chipotle never messes up my orders and sad to say i will never be returning.

I just want to say I am incredibly disappointed by how the staff treated my co worker upon picking up a large mobile order. Our colleague was tasked with picking up a larger order for the entire staff. We placed the order online to avoid placing a large order in store and Causing a large wait time for in person patrons. Upon arrival she was treated very poorly: the workers came off as if we had inconvenienced them with the order. I understand it is a large order: we’re feeding our own staff and as someone who has worked in the food service industry I understand the frustration of getting a order this size. But at the end of the day: the way they acted towards our co worker is unacceptable. She came back in utter defeat. They watched her struggle to take all of the food out to her car: they didn’t even bother to ask if she needed help (as she was visibly struggling to carry everything out) and on top of that they forgot an item on the order.
