Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good, but this location is chronically understaffed; several times I've had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up an order that should have been ready (based on the app estimate) before I arrived. There needs to be a way for the app estimates to flex based on current conditions at the store, and management needs to be more willing to close the dining room or Chipotlane/online orders when they don't have enough staff to meet the demand. I went in the other day and there was only one employee manning the dining room ordering line, where there should have been three. Upper management needs to focus on hiring & employee retention, less stressed workers would make for a better experience for everyone.

The employees are rude especially at window section. Order online wait too long and still didn't get my order right. I didn't get any meat, the avocado still whole& hard can't even eat it. Horrible experience....

No disrespect but they must get these employees straight off the short bus. The store is dirty, they “ran out” of numerous items, and it couldn’t have taken longer. I’m sure I could have killed a chicken, farmed the vegetables, and assembled my bowl by the time I got to the front of the line. This place is a disgrace. Rating 1.5 out of 5.
