Chipotle Mexican Grill

Orders are consistently late or missing. I have waited an hour for food and been told there's nothing they can do it was stolen. According to the app it was never even made. Staff is usually rude when addressing these situations and do not care enough to provide any customer service.

The worst service I have seen. Ordered on line and the order was 20 minutes late. Only one person was making the food, I got a half an avocado in my side guac!!! Not even sure how the person got it into the container. Also, the avocado wasn't even close to be ripe. Called customer service and the person was anything but nice. Did get a refund, but what has happened to Chipotle being a fun, friendly quality place to eat? It's going to a while before I go back to the Solon Chipotle. The manager was no where to be seen. They need to get out to the front of the store and help those people out!

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The rice was undercooked, all the vegetables were somehow tasteless. They were out of fajita vegetables. The guacamole was almost completely gone which I got the leftover avocado that wasn’t even smashed. There was only one person working the line and the supervisor or who seemed to be the supervisor was cleaning and working on to-go orders instead of helping the girl working the line. To top it off I got sprite and it was completely out of syrup so then I poured it out and then they were out of ice and got the last bit of Coke before it was also out of syrup. I don’t even think they deserve one-star. I am upset I even had to pay for this order. I will never be back again.
