Only my 11 & 16yr olds wanted Chipotle. I went in w/them to pay. Yikes!!! Nasty. Food counter had food stuck on it. My children wanted double portions (so, we pay more, so what!?) Totally ignored their requests! I didn't know until after we were back in the vehicle. And I tipped them well, very well too. Must say cashier was all smiles, w/thanks & asked if there's anything else he could help us with. At least he was appreciative of the tips. Now I know for sure why I don't go there ????????????
We did a quick pick up today and the food was cold, stale and half full. They must have run out of everything because the server was scrappingng the trays to scoop food out. I wish he had said something instead of giving us the left overs. We could barely chew the brown rice and the black beans and sides were scarce. Very disappointed.
Always a good choice, tried the new Pollo Asada. Quite tasty
