Chipotle Mexican Grill

First of all, I have to give kudo's to every Chipotle front facing worker who has to deal with non-stop Karen's. I watched a husband say "just a little rice...that's not enough...oh, that's too much" and then complain about the amount of chicken. Simply put, if you want extra chicken ask for a double portion and pay for it. Then as I am eating, a woman is taking 5 minutes to tell someone what they want and asking "Do you know how many points that is?" I don't think he is a personal trainer and nutritionist Karen. You are ordering a meal, not inquiring about a mortgage. Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. All the items in my bowl was fresh and tasty. The dining area was clean and the staff friendly.

Oh so good. Haven't had chipotle in the restaurant since before covid. Nice workers. Rice had just been mixed so real limy. Bangin chicken, cheese and everything. Yum yum!

Ordered a bowl and chips & queso. When I picked it up this note was on the bag. Sorry, out of chips. No credit back to my card and no answer when I call. What in the world is going on at this Chipotle that this made sense?! Made the mistake of going back July 26, 2022. Every single thing we ordered was wrong. Food was cold and bowl soaked through on the bottom with moisture. Ugh. Seriously. Never going back.
