I didn’t have Chipotle for over a year and was looking forward to having it, but unfortunately I found a long black hair in my bowl. I will not going back to Chipotle again. This is not acceptable at All.
The service was awful. Only one younger guy was working the food and one person run the register. The line had 15 people or more. Three other staff members were standing around talking at the grill area watching the other working staff members struggle. Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to work together as a team to get people out Efficiently. Very disappointed
Every time I go to this location they are always out of items. The last time I waited 40 minutes for a online order. This time I waited in line got to the front and they were out of Vinaigrette. I will drive to the location at the mall
