This is the worst chipotle in town. They ran out of black beans at 7:00pm. The manager and staff refused to give me and the remaining customers a scoop of black beans from the online container. They stated it was only for online orders. Great customer service…not!!
Terrible portions and service. Half a scoop of rice in the bowls, employee gets frustrated when you ask for a full scoop and gives you about 1/4 of a spoon of rice more. This isn’t just 1 time, it’s EVERY TIME. Very skimp on all toppings. For $10 a bowl I as a customer expect it to be a decent meal. Now for the chips and queso, the LARGE I must add… $8.00! At least fill up the bag of chips and the queso container. I’ve attached photos of this. Queso is 3/4 full and don’t be fooled the bottom is about 1/2” off the ground so combine those two and it is a complete rip off! “Large”bag of chips is 1/4 full. I am so angry as this is not the first time and yes I will be contacting corporate and not spending money there ever again unless something changes. But I wanted to let my fellow citizens know of my experience and to BEWARE. Prices continue to rise as service declines.
NASTIEST FOOD PLACE EVER! The prepping station where they make your food is atrocious, it looks like they made a whole meal on the station and then smeared it around and then they slide your food in that mess! The ice machine had no ice and what little ice that did come out had black stuff in it, there were no utensils, or napkins and when I went to ask for some it seemed like a huge inconvenience to the workers, this place is filled with a bunch of lazy teenagers who don't want to do their job. They have rats but that's not a surprise considering how effing gross they are in there
