Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered 3 meals, and the kids meal came with only a cheese quesidilla, no sides. We ordered a chicken quesidilla kids meal which is supposed to come with rice, beans, and chips. I contacted Chipotle and was not given any response. The weight of the box should have been an indicator that someone forgot to include the rest of the meal. How disappointing for a hungry kid!

Last week, my son and I stopped and got a burrito, kids build your own and a drink. They kept asking what we wanted on the kids, they said we could have anything. He got steak, rice, queso, pico and lettuce. They said the kids meal also comes with fruit and chips if we want them. So we got that too. It was $15. We went again this weekend and ordered the exact same thing. For the kids build your own, he got rice and steak and got charged extra for a side of queso. No pico, no anything else. No fruit, no chips. I was charged $23. I had to pay $8 more for less?!? When I said the price couldn’t be right, the manager assured me that this was correct. Considering the sign says 2 sides and fruit and chips, she blatantly lied. Now that I’m seeing all the other negative recent reviews and zero responses from the store, I think this will be our last time here.

When this place first opened up it was nice, the food was well cooked and portions were fair. Now they give u steak cuts that are 70% fat, terrible portions and the food underwhelming. The straw was finally broken when I came in and they forgot to provide a drink, no big deal. when i went home with my food to see the quality......my bowl is all rice with steak crumbs, they didn't add any corn for both my burrito and bowl. Also went home with a warm drink because no one refilled the ice at 4...not busy and plenty of workers. Going to Moe's for my fast Mexicans food now. 0/10 edit: I'm changing it to one stars after seeing all the other reviews. This place needs to change or allow another food service to replace them. Its one thing if you commonly don't have the ingredients to provide to your customer. But a pattern of just making a incomplete meal, without warning the customer?!?! That's a whole other thing.
