I ordered this evening through the online app. Not only was the order over 20 minutes late coming out, the order itself was completely wrong! The name on the bag was correct but what was in the bowl was definitely NOT what I ordered. Very disappointed.
Post-pandemic service and sense of urgency are lacking in hospitality and this location is no exception. Food is still great, so I will definitely not stop getting Chipotle, however hospitality and customer service training needs to be prioritized for a greater customer experience. This store is pretty bad, i come here out of convenience for my lunch and if you happen to come at a bad time buckle in.... No matter how many people are in line they will not help the poor girl on the front line. It makes no sense to me how they have two people on take out but only one girl up front when they have a line to the door. The blonde manager is also very rude and uninterested 24-7
