Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is a nice clean one with a good atmosphere. Only reason it's not a complete 5 star is the past few times I have come here they are out of the regular steak which is what I always get. Would recommend this location.

As a former KM for Chipotle, I was shocked to see a store in this bad of shape. First thing I notice is several employees standing around when the line is filthy and dishes piling up by the grill. Like they are dragging your food through old smeared food on the line, absolutely disgusting. Secondly, the lady looked at me impatiently when I told her my first order of a bowl, and even moreso when I asked for more beans after getting a scoop of less than 10. As she added the protein in the bowl, she just walked away from the line. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone else to come and finish helping me? Totally unacceptable for chipotles culture. And now the food… everything was stone cold, I found more gristle in the steak than edible pieces of meat and the lettuce was slimy and probably bad. I have never seen a line run with so many problems and just everyone on autopilot. Every part of my experience on Saturday here was awful.

Shame on me… I have been warned about this place plenty of times…Literally that last time I ever come to this location ever again. This place stays dirty ALL the time. The tables are never wiped down. Literally every single table was dirty with food on them. They have staff all the time when I do go in there, so I don’t understand why this place is never kept up with like ever. Definitely walked right out because if they keep this place like this then most likely they are most definitely NOT washing their hands. Also very unprofessional they stay talking about personal business while on the line attending people. Also they take FOREVER to make your food. So yeah I will be HONORED to keep it pushing somewhere else honey ! ✌️✌️
