Chipotle Mexican Grill

The wait time it’s so ridiculous, they have about 6 employees there who are probably not managed correctly. Also unfortunately the pandemic has caused them problems with items so they currently don’t have many favorites on the menu . Also parking here is a nightmare , if you are coming here try to do a pick up or come with someone else so you can wait as they look for parking !

I’ve been to this location twice. They have messed up my order, twice. I hate complaining, let alone on the internet, so I just dealt with it the first time (which was a week or two ago). The first time I ordered 2 burrito bowls. The orders were made for 2 different people, that can’t eat the same things. I was in a rush, so I mobile ordered it to pick up quickly. I get there 30 minutes after my pickup time for it not to be ready nor there. When I asked for extra meat or some compensation because it wasn’t ready, the staff argued with me stating that it was taken by someone else but it had been ready. Either way, it shouldn’t be taken by someone else when they keep their mobile orders behind the counter and therefore, the order was not ready regardless of why. Not to mention the customer in front of me was happily given a free cup of queso but asking for something for my order being unprepared was too high an ask. Do not order online from this location. You are better off walking in and standing in line because the online orders are never done on time. They take care of the people in line before the online orders. I've stood in the store in multiple occasions for 20-45 minutes after my pickup time. My last order they forgot to add chicken to my daughter's kids meal. No milk or kids chips either. The Toughy and Harlem locations are way faster and more accurate.
