Chipotle Mexican Grill

Lately this Chipotle has been terrible. They either have the POs system down or there’s a 20+ minutes wait before you can order. They are extremely slow. Also if you are looking to get food around 9pm when they start cleaning they will put away some food and will not serve you once it’s back into their fridge. This has been one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been too… Unfortunately this is the closest one from where I live. Lastly tables are very often dirty. They are terrible with the cleaning. Finding a clean table is a challenge. This location is being neglected…

It was a typical visit to Chipotle, nothing out of the ordinary to report. Thankfully, there wasn't a line when we got there. We were able to get a table over in the corner and have privacy, which was nice. Our chips were stale, as they often are. Other than that, everything was fine.

If I can leave zero stars I would! I’ve been going to this location chipotle for a while now and it’s always an issue when I come in here to eat! They serve so little and when you ask for more they either give you attitude or serve you less than half of the spoon. Last time they had me waiting 10 minutes to cash out after they did my burrito bowl. The staffs look miserable and I never Feel welcome in coming in! This time, I ask For chicken and they gave me this (the picture)! This is the left over burnt scraps from the To Go section! This is ridiculous! MANAGERS NEEDS TO STEP UP AND DO BETTER!
