Chipotle Mexican Grill

I go to this location most of the time as it is closest to my job. It seems like every time there’s something wrong with my online order. Wether it’s not getting any vinaigrette, missing chips or guac, my bowls being nothing but lettuce, beans, rice and a couple pieces of meat, my food never being ready at the time it’s supposed to be, or them giving me rotten spinach and lettuce. There’s always something wrong and I’m honestly getting tired of it. Change needs to happen at this location asap!!!

I went to this location and had a horrible experience. A young lady by the name Dana helped me. She was very unpleasant unprofessional and rude. The coustmer before me was a Hispanic gentleman she was very pleasent and nice to him. When it was my time to order she was very rude and nasty to me. I Sensed some racism also I'm African American. I will not come back to this location again and I recommend know one else..

Staff member was terrible and rude. Forgot to add requested queso to meal during checkout and when we went back and requested it he said we had to pay extra above what we would have to add to the meal because he was lazy or incompetent to figure it out.
