Food is Good. Staff is lacking. Ordered via mobile and waited by the pickup station. Standing there 10 mins after pickup time. Tall slender black man just looked at me and stared with out saying anything. after the 10 minutes I got in line. When it was my turn the lady told me someone else makes the mobile orders and just points. I walk back over to the pickup station and finally an employee asked for my name and hands me my bag behind the counter that’s been ready this whole time. I can understand the order will be late if short staffed but no one even acknowledges me or asked me my name to start with.
Fantastic food. The Polo Asado was fantastic! Tasty and good portion!!
Well..:It’s Chipotle. Usual food but the front of the place is dark. I went at about 8, before they close at 10. Dark. Plus they quickly slopped my food into the bowl I ordered. I felt like I was in boot camp! Not going here again. Maybe not Chipotle again.
