Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle was fine prior to the pandemic. But afterwards it’s slowly gone downhill. Tonight was so bad I actually had to submit a review. The he ingredients are not bad. But the staff needs to be trained. Seems like there’s one team who makes the mobile orders and they do well. And the other team makes the in store food and it’s madness. One of the servers didn’t know proper portions of ingredients. Paying for the order was way too long, despite having the food right in front of me. This really needs to be closed for a couple days to retrain the staff.

People look like they don't want to work here. Their attitude is very dismissive. One time there was a lady that didn't speak English very well and the employee got irritated and rolled her eyes and walked away. There's been a couple of times when I go and employees are arguing. The bathrooms are hella dirty. They just opened and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

This chipotle is set up in a nice location; however, the restaurant wasn't great. Food was ok. But restaurant didn't feel clean. Fountain drinks are was neglected because of all the splash marks everywhere. Workers didn't clean up the food area when setting up the food. Server that handled our order didn't even talk or respond. He just pointed at what we wanted lol. There were like 5+ workers behind the counter most of the time. No greetings from anyone lol. Overall, the organization at this establishment could be improved. But if you just want a quick bit in this area, feel free if you don't mind the dining area.
