Chipotle Mexican Grill

Super slow. Did not prepare orders in the order that they came in, so it is really up to the employees' whims whether you get your order in a timely manner or not. They literally were preparing the orders of people who came into the store long after they had my order. Essentially punishing me for using the app to order ahead, seemingly because they don't like online orders. Given this behavior I have no idea what other ways they might have interfered with the order and I would not trust food from them given the unprofessional behavior.

This location needs SERIOUS help. Placed an online order for lunch Never got a email saying the order was completed or not so I went to the store after waiting for about an hour. The food that was in the bag with my name was not correct or complete. The store is so short staffed that the “store manager” Had to step away from the line to have my order checked and then refund me. I would NEVER recommend eating here until the staffing issue is fixxes

I usually don’t have a problem with this store, but the last two times I’ve ordered online this location has gotten it wrong. Just disappointed since I live over 20 mins away and right before closing just sucked. I appreciate the service usually but didn’t feel any love today.
