Chipotle Mexican Grill

I will begin by stating, Chipotle is not my favorite place but my wife likes it, so we get it every once in a while. My experience has never been bad at other locations but this one was not good. The online ordering time estimation is severely off. This location has a drive through for pickup... take my advice and skip that and just go in and order. I sat here for my mobile order and watched 4 families get served before mine was ready. I will not be visiting this location again. Update: I wrote the above review while at restaurant still. When I got home my wife's bowl had no meat in it and all instructions she asked for were ignored. Needless to say Chipotle is dead to me

I decided to try this Mansfield location for the first time today. I received my pickup order and not only was it ice cold, but also incorrect. My very simple burrito bowl was missing ingredients and did not reheat well. Then I hoped to enjoy the chips and guacamole that I ordered but was quickly let down once again when I ate an extremely stale chip. My entire meal was basically inedible. I’ve never been so disappointed by a $20 meal. I will not be returning to this location.

I still love Chipotle Mexican food. Besides the portions being large compared to some "other" comparable "taco" restaurants who charge up to $6 for a "tiny taco", the food is tasty, fresh and unique. Spend $10 and you get a lot of tasty food. It also has a freshness taste that can't be beat. Fast food, tasty, fresh, large portions, this restaurant can't be beat!!
