Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wasn't notified the machine was down and the soda poured warm. The team should've notified us (others after me) before selling the drinks. I was issued a refund. The serving amounts were smaller compared to other locations. The attendant appeared new and in training

This location (658 State St Madison, WI 53703) is not worth being opened. I ordered on the Chipotle site for delivery and for some odd reason this is the location my order came from, over 6 miles from my house even though there was a location about a mile from me. Needless to say my burrito was cold when it arrived and was very soggy, put together sloppy and way smaller than any other location I have ordered from. This experience makes me want to switch back to Qdoba even though I just switched back to Chipotle about 2 months ago. This location must have a bunch of college students working there that don't care the quality of the food they put out because it after all just a pit stop on the way to their real careers and it shows in the horrible food they serve. I think I need to take another hiatus from Chipotle. I have had better food from Taco Bell than the burrito Chipotle delivered me last night. I tried to eat the little bit of left over burrito for lunch today and it was so soggy

Horrible wait. And horribly kept. Food all over the counter and the floor outside and inside. Waited 30 minutes just for them to run out of almost everything. The two staff members up front weren’t doing anything about the line, all they did was clean and talk to eachother. Never had a experience this horrible at any other chipotle.
