Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was cold when I got home which is only 7 minutes away from the restaurant. Food was also nasty ordered steak and chicken in a bowl and the steak was horrible, it tasted like rubber. This was not the first time my order was like this from this location. NEVER CHOOSING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! And also here’s a tip maybe hire or train your staff better take notes from Chick-fil-A!!! :)

This the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been in. The dining room looks like a frat house. The staff is incredibly short with guests. Everything is 20+ min after your pickup time. We were excited to have a Chipotle closer to our house… but I’m not sure what this place is. Definitely not their usual standards in any regard.

My wife and i went there for our first time today. She ordered a salad bowl and I ordered the steak burrito. Her salad was good according to her ( that's the only reason I am giving 2 stars ) My burrito on the other hand want so good. The pinto beans could have been cooked longer The tortilla was rubbery and chewy ( very unappetizing ) The steak was dry The employee acted like I was putting her out when i asked for a little more sour cream. I will not be returning. There are several places in Madison to get Mexican food that are ???? better.
